Return Policy

7-Day Return Window

  • You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn/unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Returns must be sent to the following address:

  • Please note that items sent back without first obtaining a return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

  • Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
  • If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and address the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have.
  • Once your return is accepted, please place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

  • For merchandise shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
  • The item must meet the same return conditions (unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging, plus a receipt or proof of purchase).

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10–15 business days (please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund).
  • If more than 15 business days pass after approval, please contact us at ladlijee@gmail.com.
  • Note: Courier charges will be deducted from both sides, meaning that the shipping fees for both sending your order and returning the item will be deducted from your refund amount.
